Tellepsen Builders, L.P., serving as the Design-Build Contractor for Texas A&M University System, in accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, will receive proposals from qualified subcontractors and vendor trades for the TDEM Regional Warehouse and Office Building. The project is located on the RELLIS campus, 1425 Bryan Road, Bryan, Texas 77807. The TDEM Regional Office and Warehouse will consist of a Regional Office, Warehouse, Shipping Office, and Site/ Parking each space is individual but functionally interrelated.
