Site work and paving for a civil project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project will renovate deteriorating and/or inadequate roadway and drainage infrastructure in City-owned cemeteries. Questions or inquiries past this deadline may not be addressed by the City prior to the Bid Due Date. The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest. The Contract Time will begin upon the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and will extend up to 280 days from the NTP or by October 31, 2021, whichever occurs first.
