License Requirements Class A Liquidated Damages $2,000.00 per day Project Duration 30 working days Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&ANo The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing a one mile in total length Multi-Use Path along Pacheco Road from Stine Road to Wible Road. The Multi-Use Path will be constructed along the embankment of the canal. The work will consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing traffic striping and markings, grading and compaction of existing native soil, construction of new Multi-Use Path using Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), installation of AC dike, channelizers, roadside signs, traffic/path striping and markings; adjustment of sewer cleanouts and pull boxes. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the Request for Information (RFI) form and in these Special Provisions.
