Site work for a civil project in Federal Heights, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
There are four addendum on the project, please see the owner for information. Bid date updated to 10/8. The fourth addendum was a notice that the closing date was moved from 10/5 to 10/8. Question Acceptance Deadline: 09/30/2020 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online: No Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, 8801 N. Pecos St., Owner and Operator of Water World, is seeking bids from qualified contractors for foundation excavation for two new sumps/water tanks,and structural repairs to an existing sump/water tank, water supply piping, storm drainage system, and site grading. Over excavation and structural fill with underdrains will be required under the sumps and the Splash Pad for the new ride.. Shoring will be required. Contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials except for piping, which will be supplied by Owner. Teating and quality control will be by owner. Permits will be by owner. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Work may start as soon as October 12th, 2020, but by October 19th, 2020 and be completed by March 1st, 2021. Bidder experience and references will be considered when awarding the bid. - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required - Safety Standards Plan
