Zuni St. Federal Heights, CO 80260 General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required - Warranty Information Required - Installation Required - License Required Question Acceptance Deadline 02/07/2022 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Substantial Completion - On or before April 15th, 2022. Final Punch List Completed - 30 Calendar Days from Issuance An existing pump house adjacent to the Complex Irrigation Lake will be remodeled by a different contract. Upgrade of the electric service to the pump house is needed to accommodate the new, larger pump. Upgrade of the electric service is covered by this contract. Removal and demo of existing electrical equipment is included. Any demo debris, except items saved for Owner, and all other construction debris will bedisposed of by Contractor.
