Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Timberlake, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for the construction of a transportation facility.
The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the Schedule I: New Corporate Hangar; Schedule II: Site Work and Utility Improvements project. Items of work in Schedule I include erection of the Hangar Building and Office, Hangar Door, and related MEP work, Concrete Slab and Foundation, Back-Up Generator, and Aboveground Propane Tank. Items of work in Schedule II include Storm Drain Pipe and Structure Installation, Site Grading, Cement Treated Subgrade, Bituminous Paving, Relocation and Installation of New Airfield Lights and Cable, Pavement Marking, and Seeding, Mulching, and Sodding. Message to Bidders: Please submit pricing broken down into Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 pricing per the bid form with alternates per Bid Form pages BF-1 through BF-11. Schedule 1 for the Hangar is locally funded and has local requirements. Schedule 2 work for the site has federal funding and federal provisions such as "Buy American" requirements. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued.
