Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work shall consist of replacing and/or modifying existing fluorescent fixture for LED operation. A dimming system will be installed in the Board Room. All work, including dry wall repair, painting, and other associated trades, shall be included in the bid. Facemasks and social distancing are required in all Rowan-Cabarrus Community College buildings. Limit one (1) representative per bidder. Bidders shall be Electrical Contractors, licensed in North Carolina, with Owner approved SubContractors as required. Bidders will receive an email receipt notification that their bids have been received HUB certified contractors are encouraged to bid this project.
