As of February 10, 2022, the project is anticipated to be awarded on February 14, 2022. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Submit questions to REI Engineers in writing to the email address listed above no later than 12:00 PM on January 26, 2022.This is a roof replacement for the 1958 Courthouse located at 110 W. Center Street, Lexington, NC 27292. In general, the scope of work includes replacement of the existing roof system with a fully adhered thermoplastic (PVC) roof system on an approximate 18,350 square feet of roof area.
