It is approximately 4 miles east of US-385 via County Road 2 and County Road KK. Work under these specifications includes the following: 1. Furnish and install a 20-inch manway access onto the 56-inch outlet works pipe. 2. Replace the following materials and equipment in-kind: a. The bolts around and packing within the outlet works pipe expansion joint. b. The 8-inch butterfly isolation valve located in the gate chamber. 3. Replace the hydraulic tubing within the outlet works access tunnel and chamber with stainless steel tubing. 4. Replace the two (2) 3-inch drain valves along the outlet works pipe with 6-inch rising stem gate valves. 5. Remove the existing coating from the concrete gate chamber floor. 6. Clean and fully recoat the following: a. All exposed metalwork within the gate chamber. b. The exterior of the outlet works pipe and all appurtenant features. c. The interior of the outlet works pipe. d. The access house guardrail and ladder. 7. Perform spot repairs on the ventilation ductwork and electrical conduit within the outlet works tunnel. 8. Clean and pressure wash the outlet works gate chamber and tunnel. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
