The City of Wray, Colorado (City) is soliciting a qualification-based Request for Proposal for the selection of a vendor to provide pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) design and construction services for a new Wray Civic Center building. The City invites firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to perform the services described in this request. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after the submittal deadline will be returned unopened.
