Building No: B0143B Plan No: 021012A Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 All site Civil work including excavation, backfill grading and landscaping for the new PRAS building. .2 All Structural and Architectural work including foundations, slabs, walls, etc. to complete the new PRAS building. .3 All Process including pumps, piping, drum filters, aeration equipment, oxygenators, UV units, etc. required for the new PRAS building/process. .4 All Building Mechanical systems including plumbing, ventilation, heating, etc. required for the new PRAS Building. .5 All Electrical and Instrumentation and Controls including wiring, cable trays, panel installation, fixtures, etc. for the new PRAS Building. .6 Temporary services to maintain basic systems (sanitary, water, temporary power, etc.) during shutdowns and all construction activities affecting these systems. .7 Headbox repairs. .8 MCC Replacement. .9 Replace intake pump motors and VFD addition. .10 Boiler system modifications. .11 Ozone contact chamber standpipe modifications. .12 Replace UV Ozone Destruct Units. .13 Ozone side stream injection. .14 Install Flow meters on existing process pipes and existing process pipe modifications. .15 Final Tie-ins to existing (electrical, process, I&C, mechanical) including the Pac Room distribution chambers and hatchery effluent and waste cleaning piping. .16 Loop Checks. .17 Equipment start-up and check-out procedures. .18 Controls Programming. .19 Commissioning of all systems. .20 Process optimization. .21 All digital project delivery submissions as required by specifications. .22 Final documentation including commissioning signoffs, reports, as-builts, etc. .23 All work essential to complete the project in total, whether or not explicitly described above, provided it can reasonably be inferred as essential for the proper completion of the project.
