**As of November 4, 2020 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms, complete with instructions provided herewith. Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Security, as a Certified or Cashier's Check, or original Corporate Surety Bid Bond with original Power of Attorney, in the amount of 10% of the Bid Proposal, made in favor of the County of Beaver, Pennsylvania. Facsimiles will not be accepted. MBE, WBE, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply. Standard contract provisions of the Department of HUD, Act of 1968, as amended, and US Department of Labor for CDBG apply to this project, including Federal Prevailing Wages rates, Civil Rights, EEO, Federal Public Works, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, EO 11246, 11625 together with all Standard Provisions of CDBG Programs. The County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award Contracts in its best interest.
