The County of Lexington, South Carolina is requesting interested contractors to residential rehabilitation services. These services are to be provided on an "as needed" basis under a Requirements Contract. The contract will be in effect for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year renewals if deemed in the best interest of the County. Lexington County reserves the right to add additional contractors to the award at a later date. Lexington County shall make positive efforts to utilize Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for its supplies and services and shall allow these sources the maximum feasible opportunity to compete for contracts. Lexington County does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services. The County of Lexington is requesting residential rehabilitation services for activities from qualified rehabilitation contractors in order to meet the requirements of the County of Lexington's Community Development Home Program. The County will retain qualified contractors to enhance Lexington County's ability to provide the necessary services and comply with South Carolina State and/or Federal laws and regulations governing the program under which project activities are developed. Contractors will be needed to provide services in all areas of residential rehab to include but not limited to the following:
1) General Contracting Services
2) HVAC Services
3) Plumbing Services
4) Electrical Services
5) Roofing Services
6) Mold Remediation Services
7) Foundation Repair Services
8) Other Interior Rehabilitation Services
