Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Margate, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for the construction of a 8,904-square-foot fire / police facility.

The scope of services for this project include but are not limited to demolition of the existing Margate Fire Station No. 58, site work, construction of utilities and drainage, construction of a complete new fire station facility (building), parking, monument sign, and the supply and installation of site furnishings. The successful proposer shall be a licensed Florida general contractor and shall have a successful record of the construction of at least three (3) similar new fire-rescue station buildings within the past ten (10) years, and have a resident office in Florida, within 120 miles of the project site.
