Renovation of a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,000-square-foot transportation facility.
This project upfits warehouse space for offices. Work consists of constructing walls, electrical and data wiring, interior lighting, HVAC and emergency power electrical work. Generic interior office finishes are typical for this project. All visitors to the CLT Center are required to show photo ID and obtain a visitor's pass from the CLT Center front desk. Please allow time for this procedure as the Pre-Bid Conference and Bid Opening times can NOT be changed for any reason. Preferred brand alternates, to the extent applicable, will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference. The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award
