The scope of work consists of the following major elements: Demolition of existing office space, construction of new meeting space, demolition and construction of new restrooms, construction of a new reception area, aesthetic changes to the facility including new flooring, painting, lighting, etc., audio and visual technology changes, and other changes noted in the contract drawings. 1. Contract Documents - Construction Documents for City Park prepared for the Project by Foresite Group, Inc. The Work consists of: 1. Selective Demolition 2. Carpentry 3. Flooring Renovations 4. Painting 5. Lighting & Electrical 6. HVAC 7. Plumbing C. The Work shall be constructed under a single prime Contract. Contractor shall have a minimum of 5 years experience with similar construction projects. D. Cooperate with separate contractors so that work under those contracts may be completed efficiently, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. E. Use of the Site: Do not disturb portions of the site beyond the areas indicated. Contractor shall not work in the building after normal operating hours without written consent from the Owner.
