Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 685-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.

Project Description: Various renovations and additions to existing water park facility including but not limited to: Demolition, concrete, architectural building renovation and expansion, pool plaster replacement, line queues, service windows, HVAC, electrical, drainage, and more Electronic bids and electronic bid bonds must be submitted through electronically. Bids with no license number will be rejected. One (1) copy of the bid form shall be submitted. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. Bidders are cautioned not to attach any conditions or provisions to their proposals. Any foreign conditions will render the proposal invalid and may cause its rejection. A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond, in compliance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218.A&C, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each paper bid. It shall also be the responsibility of the General Contractor to assure that all subcontractors comply with this law. Contractors must be licensed in the proper category of work. If required for bidding, Contractors must hold an active license issued by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors in the classification of "Building Construction" and must show their license number on the face of the bid envelope and the Uniform Public Works Bid Form.
