This project consists of new work at the existing Green Energy Park, including new roadways and parking, walking trails, new and modified site elements and utilities, as well as the construction of a new 10,000 square foot Animal Rescue Center. The project also includes the demolition of an approximately 10,000 square foot steel structure and associated slab located at the current site of the new Animal Rescue Center. The County reserves the right to reject any bid for failure to comply with all bidding requirements or of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion.
