Renovation of a medical facility in Vernon, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Health and Human Services Commission for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-032-VSH, Boiler Replacement @ Vernon State Hospital, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. Project Location: North Texas State Hospital, Vernon Campus Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The scope of work includes the replacement of the gas-fired boilers in Buildings 509, 510, 511, 512, 516, 517, and 536, to be priced as individual line items per Building, and include all labor, equipment, and material for complete and operating systems. An Additive Alternate will include replacement of the boiler for Building 501, Administration. Equipment should be compliant with ASHRAE 90.1-2013. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any assumptions. All assumptions not expressly identified and incorporated into any Contract resulting from this RFP are deemed rejected by the Owner.
