The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for HVAC repair services at the North Texas State Hospital - Vernon Campus. This solicitation is being procured as an emergency purchase under TGC 2155.137. Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation. To be considered for award, Bidders must submit a comprehensive Response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in this Solicitation to ensure the Bidder meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications and has the capacity to provide the goods and related services described in this Solicitation. See Appendix A, Submission Instructions and Response Checklist. 1.1 No Guarantee of Volume, Usage or Compensation HHS Agency does not guarantee any volume, usage, or compensation to be paid to any Contractor under any Contract resulting from this Solicitation. Additionally, all HHS Agency contracts are subject to appropriations, the availability of funds, and termination. The estimated historical quantities included in the Price Sheet are provided only as a guideline for preparing the pricing response and should not be construed as representing anticipated or actual quantities that will be required. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Name brands listed below are preferred, but equivalent parts may be used. If equivalent parts are to be used, provide the specifications of equivalent parts in relation to the requested parts with your response Building 501: Roof Top Units 2 & 3 HVAC replacement on building 501, due to age of current failing equipment, non-repairable issues, and compliance with replacement of equipment with R22 system issues. Contractor will perform recovery and removal of existing Roof Top Unit. Contractor will provide and install new Carrier Roof Top Unit with hail guards and manual outdoor air damper (48FCDA04A2A5) 3 TON. Contractor will connect to existing duct, plumbing and electrical. Contractor will perform start up and check operation of unit. Contractor will perform recovery and removal of existing split system from roof. Contractor will cap off duct on roof. Contractor will provide and install new Mitsubishi 1.5 Ton cassette and heat pump, SLZ-KF18NA (Indoor) 18,000 BTU/H 2'X2' 4-WAY CEILING CASSETTE, Ceilingrecessed cassette (24"x24") ductless heat pump, Fresh air intake provided in the main body, Built-in drain condensate lift mechanism (lifts to 33"), Multiple control options, Long-life air filter included, Individual vane control. SUZ-KA18NA2 (Outdoor) 18,000 BTU/H HEAT PUMP UNIVERSAL OUTDOOR UNIT, Variable speed INVERTER-driven compressor, Innovative Joint Lap DC Motor, Pulse Amplitude Modulation Technology, High performance grooved piping for increased heat exchange efficiency. Contractor will connect to existing plumbing and electrical and perform start up and check operation. Building 503: Roof Top Unit 5 HVAC replacement on building 503, due to age of current failing equipment, non-repairable issues, and compliance with replacement of equipment with R22 system issues. Contractor will perform recovery and removal of existing Roof Top Unit. Contractor will provide and install new Trane Roof Top Unit with Curb adapter, hail guards and dry bulb economizer (YSC060G3ELB) 5 ton. Item B1, Tag Y4C-1, 3-10 Ton R-410A PKGD Unitary, Gas/Electric Rooftop (Y4C), DX cooling, gas heat, Standard efficiency, Convertible configuration, 5 Ton, 208- 230/60/3, Electro-Mechanical Controls, Low Gas Heat, Standard condenser coil with hail guard, Dry bulb economizer 0-100% w/o barrel (Field Installed), 1 Quick Adapt Roofcurb Kit (Field Installed). Model # YSC060G3ELB. Contractor will connect to existing duct, plumbing and electrical. Contractor will perform start up and check operation of new equipment. Building 523: Roof Top Unit HVAC replacement on building 523, due to age of current failing equipment, nonrepairable issues, and compliance with replacement of equipment with R22 system issues. Contractor will perform recovery and removal of existing Roof Top Unit. Contractor will provide and install new Trane Roof Top Unit with Curb adapter, hail guards and dry bulb economizer. 15 TON PKGD Precedent Unitary Rooftop, Model # YSJ180A3S0L. Standard Ship Cycle, DX Cooling/Gas Heat, Standard Efficiency, R-410A, 208-230/60/3, Symbio 700, Low Gas Heat, Manual Dampers, Hail Guards. Contractor will connect to existing duct, plumbing and electrical. Contractor will perform start up and check operation of new equipment. Building 537: Roof Top Unit 8 HVAC replacement on building 537, due to age of current failing equipment, non-repairable issues, and compliance with replacement of equipment with R22 system issues. Contractor will perform recovery and removal of existing Roof Top Unit. Contractor will provide and install new Trane Roof Top Unit with Curb adapter, hail guards and dry bulb economizer. 7.5-ton, Packaged Gas/Electric Rooftop Unit, Item A1, Product efficiency-Gen. B, Convertible, 208-230/60/3, Electro-Mechanical, Gas Heat-Low, Medium Foundation Unit (6-12.5 Ton), 0- 100% Economizer, Dry Bulb - Downflow (Field Installed), Condenser coil hail guard (Field Installed), model #GBC090A3ELA. Contractor will connect to existing duct, plumbing and electrical. Contractor will perform start up and check operation of new equipment.
