Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Vidalia, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of December 20, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The project consists of approximately 15,000 SY of Portland cement concrete pavement with asphalt transitional aprons to expand the existing aircraft parking area. Included in the project are minor drainage improvements, airfield lighting, and pavement marking. Technical questions shall be directed to Michael Joseph (mjoseph@passero.com); and must be received no later than Wednesday, March 22, 2023 @ 5:00PM. An addendum responding to questions received will be issued by the close of the business day on Monday March 27, 2023, and posted via the Passero Associates electronically. The City of Vidalia in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award All work under the contract shall be completed within (95) calendar days from the issuance of the Construction Notice to Proceed.
