Research Building Phase 3 consists of an approximate 20,000 sf fit out of multidisciplinary research laboratory that will be the cornerstone of the Universitys push to become a Top 20 national research facility. This facility is based on the latest improvements in research laboratory design standards. A list of trade contracts for this work is listed below. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
