Bid tabulation has Varner Business Group Clean Team of Kentucky listed for 51,949.00. This package involves the installation work.The work will be performed under contract with the Construction Manager, Turner Construction Company. The University of Kentucky encourages and supports the participation of minority and women owned businesses. Goal is 10% MBE/WBE Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Matt Spalding, Capital Construction Procurement, no later than 5pm on November 12 th , 2021. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder, at the Construction Manager's option. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions The University of Kentucky, Capital Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
