Location / Site Directions - 1 - Warren Township 4 - Fairfield Township 5 - Village of Port Washington 6 - Village of Tuscarawas 7 - City of Uhrichsville Completion Date : 11/30/2020 Activity 1 - Warren Township Street Improvements. This Activity will include resurfacing approximately 2,763 linear feet of asphalt on TR 1189 (Lake Drive) and TR 319 (True Road) in the Warren Township. Activity 4 - Fairfield Township Street Improvements. This Activity will include resurfacing approximately 3,602 linear feet of asphalt on TR 315 (Riggle Hill Road) in the Fairfield Township. Activity 5 - Village of Port Washington Street Improvements. This Activity will include resurfacing approximately 1,493 linear feet of asphalt on Saint Clairsville Street in the Village of Port Washington. Activity 6 - Village of Tuscarawas Street Improvements. This Activity will include resurfacing approximately 754 linear feet of asphalt on Park Drive in the Village of Tuscarawas. Activity 7 - City of Uhrichsville Sidewalk Improvements. This Activity will include demolition and construction of approximately 268 linear feet of sidewalk adjacent to West 1st Street in the City of Uhrichsville. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $800.00 per day.
