Performance Bond/Payment Bond: The successful bidder will be required to furnish payment, performance and warranty bond in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total price bid for the completed work, said bond to be that of an approved surety company, to the satisfaction of the Columbiana County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
