Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairfield Township, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 4/15/2026, project has been postpone due to ODOT installing a roundabout at ST RT-503 & ST RT-73. Provide labor, material, and equipment to install 11,200 feet of 16-inch, and 80 feet of 8-inch Ductile Iron pipe, along with three bores, tie into 8-inch and 16-inch PVC pipe, and restore the ground to its original condition as required by the project specifications in Wayne Township, Butler County, Ohio. Each Bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the form of either a bond secured by a corporate surety in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the District, in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. All corporate sureties must be licensed in the State of Ohio. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. The Southwest Regional Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bidding.
