**As of November 12, 2020, the contract day period is 225 Calendar Days. Work in conjunction with the construction of: Replace HVAC Components Irwin and Susan Molasky Junior High School MPID 0014410 PWP# CL-2021-22 The project consists of primarily the replacement of HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, air handler fan walls, split-system air conditioning units, HVAC controls and smoke damper removal. Contract: Perform work under a single prime, lump-sum contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required for the completion of the project.
