Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 94,056-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of: the demolition of existing classroom buildings and site. The construction of a 91,133 sq. ft. new elementary school and a 4080 sq. ft. central plant on a 9.09 acre lot comprised of one (1) single story building and one (1) two story building of masonry and metal stud construction complete with playgrounds, parking lot, offsite improvements and both on and offsite utilities to support the project. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB or B.
