Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 96,025-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the construction of a educational facility.
As oif 5/11/2021: Pending board approval for the awarded bidder is on June 10, 2021 The Work consists of: Demolition of existing school and site elements and construction of a new 96,025 sf, 2-story kindergarten through 8th grade school replacement in Las Vegas. The 2-story kindergarten through 8th grade school consists of four (4) primary structures, including a Multipurpose building, Administration building, and Classroom buildings connected with outdoor covered circulation areas and site amenities, along with a detached central plant building. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractors License with the Classification of AB, The Owner's representative is: Johny Corona, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710 Ext 5229.
