Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Torrington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,914-square-foot, four-story above grade, 30-unit elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and 52,745-square-foot, five-story above grade, 50-unit elderly care / assisted living facility.
Project scope consists of but is not limited to site work and construction of two buildings for senior living apartments. Building A is a 4-story building with 30 residential units with approximately 32,914 square feet of space. Building B is a 5-story residential building with 50 units with approximately 52,745 square feet of space. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. *This project is being bid by invitation only.
