As of November 19, 2021, this project has been awarded. Scope is not being made available. The Hamden Economic Development Corporation is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide professional Construction Management Services in the Newhall/Highwood community. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. All questions regarding this proposal should be directed in writing to Dale Kroop Executive Director at 203-668-7084 or dkroop@hamden.com. No questions will be answered 5 days before the opening of the RFQ/RFP. Minority and women owned individuals or firms are encouraged to submit proposals/qualifications The chosen applicant is expected to complete the following scope of work (as required) Conduct site inspections of homes Prepare scopes of work and cost estimates Preparation technical specifications Prepare demolition specifications as required Consult with structural engineer and environmental consultants as needed Bid all contract and subcontracts Manage construction process and provide construction administration services
