Renovation of an educational facility in Hamden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Town of Hamden and the Hamden Board of Education, (hereinafter referred to as the "Town") seeks proposals for Roof and Windows Replacement at Dunbar Hill Elementary School. Failure to address any addenda relating to the bid of interest may disqualify submitted and or proposals. All questions are to be submitted to purchasing@hamden.com. Last day for questions is Tuesday, February 8, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening. The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden. Philip W. Goodwin Purchasing Agent State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state-funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) under the provisions of CT General Statute 4a-60g, as amended. (25% of the work with DAS certified Small and Minority owned businesses and 25% of that work with DAS certified Minority, Women and/or Disabled owned businesses.) The Contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the twenty-five percent (25%) set-aside goals.
