Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Vernon, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 758,500-square-foot educational facility.
The project is to complete the renovation and modernization of Mount Vernon High School Old Main building along with various campus site improvements. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
