Osterhoudt Excavating, Inc for $649,341.50 The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required to construct the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited, to the construction of approximately 2,500 linear feet of HDPE storm drainage, twenty-five (25) concrete drainage structures, trench asphalt pavement replacement, milling and asphalt pavement overlay on Maple Avenue and Deutsch Lane, associated erosion and sediment control, work zone traffic control, and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors prior to contract award shall hold or obtain such license as required by State statutes, and Federal and local Laws and Regulations.
