Scope of Work Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for the demolition of McCoys Creek Blvd. The work includes, but is not limited to demolition and removal of McCoys Creek Boulevard from Fitgerald Street to Claude Street, and Goodwin Street to Margaret Street; construction of six cul-de-sacs at Sunshine, Crystal, Leland, Smith, Broward, and Nixon streets including installation of concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter to the extent shown on the project plans (typically to closest intersection); minor utility adjustments; installation of sod; maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, and all other related work in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Must be pre-qualified with the City of Jacksonville in the Horizontal construction category, prior to bid opening date.
