The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Responsible Bidder to provide the scope services in this solicitation which includes, but is not limited to, providing Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) services for rehabilitation of sewer pipe in Jacksonville, Florida. The majority of the work will be in Duval county, however, may include some adjacent county work as well. The work specified provides for the reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube that is tightly formed to the original conduit. The resin is cured using either hot water under hydrostatic pressure or steam pressure within the tube. Additional information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications.
