Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the rehabilitation and painting of a 7.5 MG ground storage tank for the Naco Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project, SAWS Job No. 20-0121. The project includes, but is not limited to, the repainting of the interior and exterior surfaces, overflow pipe modifications, other minor piping modifications, weir box replacement, minor foundation improvements, tank ladder improvements, roof vent replacement, electrical improvements, and other miscellaneous work. Be advised that firms responding to this RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents. Electronic proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Sealed proposals must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. If Respondents intend to submit proposals electronically, Respondents will need to submit a request by Tuesday, October 13, 2020 by 10:00 AM (CDT) to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to florinda.gonzales@saws.org. Respondent's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of Respondent's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number. No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after Tuesday, October 13, 2020 by 10:00 AM (CDT).
