Scope of work includes providing: Demolition and removal of existing Carrier chiller Disconnect existing electrical Re-use existing concrete pad Provide and install 30 Ton chiller Reconnect electrical Provide insulation and heat tracing systems on all new pipe and equipment to match existing Tie into existing controls Provide operation and maintenance manuals for new chiller Approximate award date 10/01/2020 12:00 AM A bid bond is not required for this project. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required. All Contractors are notified that North Carolina Statutory provisions as to licensing for Contractors will be observed in receiving, reading and awarding of contracts. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The bidder to whom the contract may be awarded must comply with the requirements of G.S. Section 143-131, as amended. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of fortyfive (45) days.
