Renovation of a mixed-use development in Anoka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will include the procurement and installation of bi-polar ionization equipment into the mechanical systems to distributions throughout the building(s) to combat VOC's (volatile organic compounds), viruses (such as FLU, COVID-19, SARS) and other microorganisms as has been proven by third party testing to be 99.4% effective in inactivating the COVID-19 virus. Bi-Polar Ionization systems have been proven effective in reducing absenteeism due to illnesses from virus borne illnesses and providing healthier air by reducing VOC's and attacking viruses. The intent is to provideequipment capable of producing 1,500 ions per cubic centimeter of air to provide an effective means of reducing the affects of the COVID-19 transmission by inactivating the aerosolized virus particles.
