Site work for a detention facility in Milton Station, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Site clearing and grubbing. .2 Rough grading for the full site. .3 Stockpile topsoil. .4 Infill existing swale and construct new swale. .5 Asphalt demolition and removal. .6 Remove existing utility poles. .7 Remove and dispose existing sheds. .8 Demolish reinforced concrete retaining wall. .9 Construct gravel roadway extensions, two locations. .10 Around new building: - New storm sewer lines and new catch basins. - New sanitary lines and new manholes. - Subgrade and sub base (top of select borrow). - Building perimeter foundation. - Drain tile. - Poly slip sheet. - Exterior vertical insulation and protection board.
