Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For Boiler Replacement North Mall Office Building Replace existing Boiler #2 with a new Gas-fired Condensing Hot Water Boiler Unit in accordance with the specifications noted in the request for quote found under the "Attachments Exist" File, above. Replacement is to include Removal and proper disposal of old leaking unit, installation of new unit as noted, installation of flue stack, provide testing, balancing of new boiler and arrange for code compliance inspection. All product removed is to be recycled to the fullest extent possible. The North Mall Office Building is in need of a replacement Boiler. Because the existing unit is leaking, this is an urgent need and a quick turn around for the purchase , installation, testing, balancing, and inspection is needed.
