The City is soliciting Bids for the supply and replacement of the two (2) existing rooftop air handling units at the Centennial Community Centre located at 8600 McCowan Rd, Markham, ON L3P 3M2. The Work includes but is not limited to: - Complete removal of existing roof-top air handling units; - Supply and installation of new air handling equipment as shown on the drawings; - Externally insulting new and existing ductwork; - Perform air balancing; - Provide all required supports, concrete pads, and power for equipment including wiring, conduits, disconnects, starts, etc. Documents and addenda can be obtained at: https://markham.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
