Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Elyria, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. The work will involve the construction of a new CMU restroom building with wood trusses and metal roof, to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project is located at East Park, 1101 Prospect Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035. Pre-bid Teleconference Meeting: No Pre-Bid meeting will be held. Plans and specifications were prepared by Brandstetter Carrol Inc., 1220 W. Sixth Street, Suite 300, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 (identified as project number 19103) and the Office of the Elyria City Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the ORC and the Instructions to Bidders. Completion Time: Construction of this project shall begin at the discretion of the contractor but must be completed by January 31, 2021. Prevailing Wages: The contractor and any subcontractor must comply with the prevailing wage rate requirements on public improvements in Lorain County and the City of Elyria, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance and Labor, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration (614) 644-2239. A complete listing of prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Lorain County may be obtained from the City of Elyria Engineer's Office at (440) 326-1444 or obtained electronically.
