The purpose of this invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing to provide Aggregate, Fine and Coarse material to be picked up by the Department of Transportation to repair bridges and roads. This is an Agency Specific Term Contract. The aggregate contemplated by this IFB is to be used at various sites in the designated counties. (The "Effective Date") until December 31, 2022. The pricing form will be updated annually. In addition, the State reserves the right to extend the contract term for a period of up to 180 days in 90-day or less increments. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received.
