Mesa County, Colorado is Soliciting Competitive Bids From Qualified and Interested Companies for All Labor, Equipment, and Materials Required to Complete the Remodel of a Warehouse / Commercial Space Into a Morgue Facility for the County S Coroner S Office Located at 831 Noland Ave, Grand Junction Co. Mesa County is seeking bids from contractors to perform construction work for the remodel of the existing Noland building and turning it into the new Mesa County Coroner's Office per the plans and specifications attached. Contractors will be required to pull building permits at their cost to complete the work. All questions regarding the bid documents must be submitted by 12:00 PM MT on 9/30/2020. Addendum #1 & #2 have been issued.
