**As of August 6th,2025, the project was awarded to MOUNTAIN VALLEY CONTRACTING, with an awarded amount of $2,400,469.65.** Reference Number 0000391084 The Authority seeks to expand public parking for the main Terminal Building. The Project consists of asphalt pavement construction (earthwork, base course, asphalt pavement) area lighting installations, pavement markings, storm sewer improvements and detention pond construction. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. The Grand junction regional airport authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Grand junction regional airport authority, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
