Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This item includes the procurement of 6x6 composite wood material posts (tan), the routing of a 1” brown-white-brown HDPE panel, installation of the footers, sign, and site restoration. CRPD to provide the HDPE panel. The Contractor must include picking up the panel from the CRPD warehouse at 1533 Alum Industrial Dr., Columbus with their price. The scope of this investigation included site reconnaissance, review of available geologic and soils data for the project area, subsurface investigation consisting of four (4) soil borings for the proposed structures, located as shown on the attached Boring Location Plan in the Appendix, field and laboratory soil testing, and an engineering analysis and evaluation of the subsurface conditions encountered at this site. Owner reserves the right to reject Contractor's measurement of work-in-place that involves use of established unit prices and to have this work measured, at Owner's expense, by an independent surveyor acceptable to Contractor.
