Remodeling of a municipal facility in Junction City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The City advertised request for bids in the Daily Union, the City website, and direct solicited six contractors. Three contractors attended the pre-bid meeting, with two contractors submitting bids. B and T Construction, Topeka KS for $54,146.00, and DM Construction, Junction City KS for $55,516.39. DM Construction is the desired bid as B and T Constructions bid was submitted incomplete. ____________________________________________________________________ The Request for Proposals (RFP) for Remodeling the 1st floor reception / bill pay station, the Code enforcement reception / bill pay counter and replacing the carpet of the 2nd floor conference room / 2nd floor training room in the Municipal Building Junction City Kansas. Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed on the outside wrapper with a brief summary including the date and item you are bidding for.
