Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,571-square-foot, one-story above grade, 11-space day care center; playground / park / athletic field; and day care center.
Construction of a new 69-space child care facility with ancillary washrooms for users of the adjacent park, at 3010 E Kent Avenue in the West Fraser Lands neighbourhood of Vancouver. The 69-space childcare will consist of four programs - Infants (12 spaces), Toddlers (12 spaces), full time Preschool (25 spaces) and part time Preschool (20 spaces), and will require 11 parking spots - 9 for drop-off/pickup and 2 for staff parking. TIMELINE: Commencing construction. The facility is being developed to achieve LEED Gold and Passive House certification.
