Project no: G20-11524 The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 236 lf of 12" HDD Horizontal Boring with SDR 25 PVC fused joint pipe or Pilot Bore Alternate; 210' feet of 12" CL53 DI restrained joint pipe on helical piers and 42 feet of 10" SDR 35 PVC gravity sanitary sewer, 2 manhole replacements and 1 new manhole installation from existing Stark County manhole 29-17 on Skycrest Dr. NW. to manhole 25-61R on Meadowview Ave. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned through a new easement and includes one stream crossing. II. P615B. The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 599 feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer, 1 manhole installation, 2 manhole rehabilitations, and 6 lateral reconnections from existing Stark County manhole 25-261 on Easypace St. NW. to manhole 29-35R on Parkdale Ave. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned down Easypace Ave. then through an existing residential easement. The construction required will consist primarily of the installation of approximately 1,242 feet of 8" gravity sanitary sewer, 5 manhole installations, 1 manhole rehabilitation, and 20 lateral reconnections from existing Stark County manhole 25-345 on Devonshire Rd. NW. to manhole 25-441 on Dunkeith Dr. NW. The sanitary sewer is aligned down Devonshire Rd. to the intersection of Devonshire Rd. and Dunkeith Dr.The construction required will consist of all three (3) projects 615A, 615B & 615C 615 A, B, C & D The Contractor may bid any combination of the three (3) projects as follows: 1. Bid project 615A, 615B or 615C, individually. 2. Bid any combination of projects; 615A&B, 615A&C, 615 B&C 3. Bid all three combined projects 615A, B, & C; As "615D" Stark County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept any bid or combination of bids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated. The total contract duration(s) shall be as follows: P-615A is 35 calendar days. P-615B is 35 calendar days. P-615C is 70 calendar days. P-615D (combined) is 140 calendar days. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of 1) a certified check, or cashier's check, or letter of credit, equal to 10% of the bid; 2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both forms of guaranty as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. . The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated. The attention of all plan holders on the above Contract, on which bids are to be taken October 8, 2020 is called to this Addendum No. 1.
